| ASUS is alright... those specs are ok. But ASUS is generally known for poor battery life, dont expect much more than 2hrs. Check reviews for the specific model though, they've started to make improvements.
HP is generally cheaper with just as good specs, and Toshiba is more expensive and doesnt have anything better - other than their speakers on their higher range laptops.
Sony is just generally over priced and only get it if your loaded with $$ or you really like their look.
Last two ACER and DELL dont get them, their crap. | |

| My Toshiba lasted me almost three years, and I only changed 'cause it was so ancient + all the keys were beginning to fall off since I raged at the laggyness. :D | |
